こんにちは。 1. A(プライベートエクイティ企業名）led a $30 million series, a preferred stock financing with a $9.5 million investment. 「A社は、自社で$9.5Mを投資（株買取）することにより、$30Mの優先株シリーズを組成した」 2. A's partners, including B, C, D, syndicate the reminder of the round. 「今回優先株ファイナンスでは、ラウンドの残りの$20.5Mについて、A社以外の B、C、D社がシンジケーション（協調ファイナンス団）にて株を買い取った」 (1) この場合のseriesとは、多分「GM series A common shares」というように、同じ優先株でもいくつかシリーズがある中の一つということではないかと考えます。 (2) reminder は「残りの」という意味です。すなわちこの場合、$30M（全量）- 9.5M（A社引取り分）= $20.5M（B、C、Dがシンジケーションでファイナンスしたreminder）となります。 (3) the round は、ボクシングなどでいうところの「～回戦」という意味で、「今回の優先株発行に際しては～」ということでしょう。 ご参考までに。
