重複する回答内容もありますが…。 質問1及び5に関して まず、doなどの使い方として「する」という意味を持った使い方があるのに対して、それそのものには何らかの動作の意味があるわけではなくて、いつ行なわれたのか(時制)や、話し手なのか聞き手なのかそれ以外なのかというような誰の行為なのか(人称)を示して、疑問文や否定文、更には肯定文でも強調の時に使う使い方があります。 前者を本動詞、後者を助動詞などと言って区別することもあります。 助動詞としてdo,does,didを使うとそれによって既に時制が分かるために、本当に動作を表す部分の動詞はもうわざわざ三単現の-(e)sを付けたり規則活用なら過去形の-edなどを付けた形を使う必要がなく、原形と呼ばれる動詞の大元の形に戻してやります。 因みに動詞の一例としてhaveで説明しますが、he,she,itなどの主語以外の時の現在形のhaveと、原形としてのhaveは形こそ同じですが意味合いや役割は全然違います。 通常の肯定文：You had ～. 疑問文：Did you HAVE ～？ ←文頭のDidで過去だと分かるのでhadにはせずに原形のhaveに戻してやる。 否定文：You did not[didn't] HAVE ～. ←同じくdidで過去だと分かるのでhadにはせずに原形のhaveに戻してやる。 ここで、通常は肯定文では助動詞としてのdoなどは使わないのですが、「しないorしなかったんじゃなくて、本当にするorしたんだってば！」みたいな"強調として"表現したい時には、疑問文などと同様に助動詞のdoなどを使って表現します。 例えば「犬なんか飼ってないんだってね？」って言われたことに対して、「いいや、飼ってますってば！」みたいな感じかな。 主語が私で現在のことなら、I do have！だし、主語が彼で現在のことなら、He does have！になるし、更に過去のこととして「飼ってたってば！」なら、I did have！のような感じで使います。 ここでも疑問文などの時と同様に、doなどによってもう既に時制が分かるためにdoes hasやdid hadなどにはせずに原形のhaveに戻してやります。 そのため、例文ではhaveで説明しましたが、動詞がchangeでも他のモノでも全く同じ理屈でdid changedと過去形が並ぶのは有り得ないんですね。 まぁ、通常は普通の過去形動詞のみで充分ではないでしょうか？

すみません、フランスの友達とメールしているのですが、下記のような英文を送ってきました。何となく意味はわかるのですが、このニュースが何についてのことかわかりません。下記のことについて、どなたかご存知ではないでしょうか？教えてください。よろしくお願いします。 On TV recently I saw that there was trouble with a japanese company in France. The mayor of a town was not agree with the Japanese company politics and stop to eat for 30 days! Then the Japanese company changed her politics, but they were very angry, and say France is not a good country to make business... I'm really sad about it, probably the Mayor didn't do the good choice... Did you heard about it on Japanese news?
