こんな感じで・・・
楽器の個人輸入でオーダーを入れていましたが 在庫が無くキャンセルになり返金になりました。 以下のような文章が届きましたが、 自分の解釈は、こんな感じですが、 理解できているか分からないのでお願いします。 Aloha ○○-san, we will refund your money back to your PayPal Account. It will take about a week for us to post it. We will send the LU-11 soprano ukulele as soon as it arrives. 返金はあなたのペイパルアカウントの口座に 返金します。1週間くらいで到着すると思います。 到着後に欠品のLU-11を発送します。 －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ もう1点ですが、払った関税はどうなるかと 訪ねましたところ、このような返信が来ました。 自分の解釈は以下のような感じです。 Aloha ○○-san, I am sorry but you will have to contact the customs agency in your area for a refund of your customs cost. すみませんが税関にご自分で請求下さい。

今、イギリスの語学学校とメールのやりとりをしています。今まではなんとかやり取りできていましたが、今回のメールがイマイチ理解ができません この一つ前のメールでコースの始まる30日前には料金を全額支払う必要があると言われたので、大学の奨学金の審査結果が25日前くらいにわかるので万一奨学金が手に入らず、語学学校のコースをキャンセルすることになった場合、登録費のような返金不可な項目以外は全学返金がきくかどうかということを英語で質問しました。 そうしたらこの返信が帰ってきました If a full payment is made for the course you will not receive a refund. We only refund the course if students receive a visa refusal. To need to pay 30 days before arrival of your course but we also accept payment on the same day on your arrival date. As you are from Japan you are classed as Non Visa National you will need an acceptance letter from (この語学学校) to show at immigration in order for them to give you a NVN stamp to study up to 6 months in the UK. We will issue this when we have payment. 要するに30日前に支払うと返金が効かない？ あと到着日に支払うとすると支払ったときに何か証明書が発行されるとかいてあるので自分は入国できるのでしょうか…？

On your next billing statement, you will see a charge of $56.00 and also a refund for the same amount.」 私の解釈が正しいのか不安なのでお聞きしたいのですが 商品が届いたら送り返してください。代金は一度引き落とされるけど返金されます。 という感じの内容なのでしょうか？ 商品は必ず届いてしまうのですか？？それとも万が一届いてしまったら・・・ということでしょうか？ 細かいニュアンスがわからないのでよろしくお願いいたします。
