今、イギリスの語学学校とメールのやりとりをしています。今まではなんとかやり取りできていましたが、今回のメールがイマイチ理解ができません この一つ前のメールでコースの始まる30日前には料金を全額支払う必要があると言われたので、大学の奨学金の審査結果が25日前くらいにわかるので万一奨学金が手に入らず、語学学校のコースをキャンセルすることになった場合、登録費のような返金不可な項目以外は全学返金がきくかどうかということを英語で質問しました。 そうしたらこの返信が帰ってきました If a full payment is made for the course you will not receive a refund. We only refund the course if students receive a visa refusal. To need to pay 30 days before arrival of your course but we also accept payment on the same day on your arrival date. As you are from Japan you are classed as Non Visa National you will need an acceptance letter from (この語学学校) to show at immigration in order for them to give you a NVN stamp to study up to 6 months in the UK. We will issue this when we have payment. 要するに30日前に支払うと返金が効かない？ あと到着日に支払うとすると支払ったときに何か証明書が発行されるとかいてあるので自分は入国できるのでしょうか…？

申請した学生ビザが発給されない理由で行けなくなったとき以外の返金は受け付けない、と書かれていると思います。「奨学金が下りなかった」理由ではダメってことですね。 授業料を支払うと、イギリス入国のときに入国審査官に提示する書類を発行してくれるようですね。この書類がないとNVNスタンプがもらえない？ 到着してから授業料を支払うこともできるなんて書かれていますが、その書類がなければ入国できないと思うので、結局のところ「入国前に早く支払ってください」ということだと思います。 「奨学金の審査結果が25日前くらいにわかる」のなら、先方の言う「30日前」の期限を25日にしてもらう交渉は、する価値があると思います。 授業料も航空券手配も、本当に行けるかどうか不確かな状態で支払うべきではないです。 次の返信は、「授業料の支払いを25～20日(余裕を持ったほうがいいと思います)前まで待ってもらえませんか、ぜひお願いします」という文面にするとよいと思います。 多分この程度なら、（到着してからでもOKとも書かれていることから）融通がきくと予想されます。

いったん支払いが完了した場合には、返金は行われない。ヴィザが発給されずに受講を取りやめる場合にかぎって、返金される。 開講３０日前までの支払いをもとめているが、到着日当日の支払いも認めている。 あなたの場合には、日本からということで、滞在にビザのいらない。NVNに分類される。当校からの受け入れ絵証明書を入国管理局に提示することで、６ケ月までの修学に対して、NVNのスタンプをおしてもらえる。この受け入れ証明書については、支払いが完了した時点で発行する。 となっています。支払は、到着後でも可能だが、その場合には、入国審査の際に、NVNのスタンプをおしてもらうための受け入れ証明書をあらかじめもらっておくことができない、ということになります。

As stated before in my previous emails, due to the amount we have paid on our behalf for the return of the order due to you being away for 3 months, you will not be issued a refund. There will be no re-payment. This has been confirmed across many emails and this order will now be closed and no further discussion will take place.
