 as it is evident in ... in 以下は,the rise of A to B, up from C で,「C からBへの,Aの上昇」となり,Aの部分は,the TSE first section's average dividend yield 「東証一部の平均配当利回り」です。 , which is evident ...

>as evident in the rise of the TSE first section's average dividend yield to around 1%, up from about 0.4% in 1989. なにか、1%, up from about 0.4% in 1989.

Around the world, the food system is in crisis. Prices have rocketed; they are now higher in real terms than at any time since 1984. They could rise further still if drought lays waste to China’s wheat harvest, as is feared. Food has played some role (how large is hard to tell) in the uprisings in the Middle East. High prices are adding millions to the number who go to bed hungry each night. This is the second price spike in less than four years. Companies are sounding the alarm and the G20 grouping of the world’s largest economies has put “food security” top of its 2011 to-do list.

Telephone operators often do not understand enough to put through overseas calls, and in a league of European companies with executives who are able to negotiate in a foreign language,Britain is second from bottom. Because of poor language skills at home, employers in Britain are turning increasingly to nationals of other countries when recruiting staff, especially in areas such as hotels, commerce and international transport. Nor is there much good news from British schools, where statistics show that languages are not given as much priarity as in other parts of Europe.

That was a second leg in wave 2 which is forming a flat correction. In flats you will typically see that wave (c) will find an end point around the wave (a) levels, which in our case comes in around 98.50. As such, we think that pair will test these levels in days ahead from where we will keep an eye on impulsive bullish reversal back to the highs.

Increasingly, many Japanese companies are conducting joint projects with foreign companies. The purpose of this is to produce competitive and marketable products in an efficient and inexpensive way by combining the resources of both companies. Members of such international projects therefore use email often to communicate with their counterparts overseas. Within the last decade, email has virtually replaced other means of business communication such as telephone, fax, and regular mail. Also, more and more Japanese companies are holding video conferences with their business partners overseas. Thus, email and video conferencing are essential to modern international business communication. Good interpersonal relationships are very important in business,as they form the basis for our ability to negotiate effectively. In other words, skill in dealing with human relationships is key to maximizing business performance. Strong interpersonal relationships, for instance, lay the foundation for the successful launch of joint projects or ventures with business partners. Therefore,it is vital to understand the important role played by hospitality. Consequently,it is essential not only to learn etiquette but also to cultivate a spirit of hospitality in international business settings. Simply put, intercultural communication is defined as communication between persons from different cultural backgrounds. There is no doubt that communication methods are substantially influenced by culture. Today globalization is rapidly bringing together companies of different nations to conduct business together. Accordingly many workplaces are becoming increasingly multicultural. Therefore, success in such business environments is largely attributable to learning the art of cultural mediation. For this reason,it is important to consider not only language barriers, but also cultural differences that affect both business and interpersonal communication.

Weather forecasting is the science of predicting what the weather will be like―weather we can expect rain, snow or sunny day. In japan, it goes back over 100 years. The first public weather forecast was posted in police boxes in Tokyo on June 1, 1884. Today, the Japan Meteorological Agency(JMA) is largely responsible for weather prediction. Weather forecasting is a very complicated process, involving short‐range and long‐range forecasts. This is accomplished by collecting data on such factors as wind speed, water vapor and atmospheric pressure. These data are gathered mainly from satellites and from meteorological centers around the world. The data is then studied and processed and sent to local areas in the form of forecasts. Most weather forecasting these days is computerized. Weather prediction is obviously vital for the economy. Farmers, airplane pilots, ship captains, fisherman all have to know what kind of weather to expect in order to do their jobs and make their contributions to the economy. Whether forecasting is a service industry, which means that it does not sell a product, as department stores do, but gives out information and knowledge. It does the same type of thing that an engineering consulting firm does, for example. Weather forecasting is undergoing many changes in Japan. In 1994, special tests for people who want to be weather forecasters were introduced. On May 18, 1995, the Japanese government liberalized the field, which means that private companies can now engage in weather forecasting. While the JMA is still largely responsible for Japan´s weather forecasting, more and more private companies are entering this new business, which can be very profitable. Foe example, one company specializes in providing data to private individuals such as golfers and tourists. For a certain fee, customers can call up and get information over the telephone on what the weather will be like. The main difference between JMA and private companies is that, as a rule, private companies specialize in predicting weather in very small areas, such as around a golf course, or at the site of a soccer game, whereas the JMA looks after far larger areas. In other words, private companies concentrate on areas that are of interest to more specialized groups.

US growth in the first half of 2011 is on track to be around 2% however, talk of a double dip is premature. Other than the headwinds and downside risks mentioned above, the United States is also seeing no revival yet of its moribund housing market. This should come as no surprise,as the post-financial-crisis healing/de-leveraging process can take many years and often results in a protracted period of subdued growth. That said, there are additional tailwinds and upside risks to US growth. These include stronger export growth and a pent-up demand for housing from young adults living with parents and families doubling up. Houses are the most affordable they have benn in over four decades. Consequently,HIS Global lnsight expects growth to rebound to about 3.5% in the second half of 2011 and average around 3.0% over the next four years.
