訳：「ローザ・パークスは、仕事から帰宅するのにモントゴメリーの市バスに乗り、中ほどにある席に座った。それは黒人用の席だった。」 この英文からは、黒人用の席だった、としか読み取れませんよ。 で、史実についてですが。どうもWikipediaの日本語版がちょっと英語版と違っています。 Wikipedia:[English] On December 1, 1955, in Montgomery, Alabama, Parks refused to obey bus driver James F. Blake's order to give up her seat in the "colored section" to a white passenger, after the whites-only section was filled. つまり、ローザが座っていたのはcolored sectionとなっています。
