ネットで検索すると、下記の２つのサイトに和訳が出ていました。 　名言ナビ☆名言データベース 　http://www.meigennavi.net/word/033/033096.htm 　愛は、この世界を動かしていくものではない。 　愛は、この世界に生きることを有意義なものとしてくれるものである。 　名言・格言『「恋愛」と「愛」の気になる言葉・ことわざ＋英語』 　http://iso-labo.com/labo/words_of_LoveProverbs3.html 　愛は世界を動かさないが、 　愛をもって動くことに価値がある 私には、後者の方が原文に沿っているように感じられました。なお、前半は英語のことわざらしいです。 なお、その文句を書いたのは、英国作家の Franklin P. Jones であるとあったり、英国ビクトリア朝の女性詩人 Elizabeth Barrett Browning （Robert Browning の妻） だとしてあったりして、どちらなのか分かりませんでした。
