Rating of Cardiorespiratory Endurance and Muscular Strength Test
- The rating of the Cardiorespiratory Endurance Test conducted in Lab 1 was Fair.
- In Lab2, the rating of the bench press and leg press of the Muscular Strength Test were both very poor. However, the rating of sit ups, push ups and hand grip were average and poor.
- These exercises are easy to do, so the results may have been good. On the other hand, bench press and leg press were the first time. To think about which part of the body influences exercise, make a plan, and take action. By focusing on and continuing exercise intensively and extensively on weak areas (as determined by the lab rating), it is possible to build a physically strong and healthy body.

⇨My result of the Cardiorespiratory Endurance Test conducted in Lab 1 was rated "Fair." In Lab 2, where Muscular Strength Test was conducted, my ratings for bench press and leg press were found to be both "Very Poor." However, my ratings for sit ups, push ups, and hand grip were "Fair" and "Average." Unlike bench press and leg press, which I had never done before, exercises such as sit ups and push ups are incorporated in my daily life, and this may be the reason why their results were reasonable. It is important to understand which muscle or part of the body is affected by each exercise, in order to come up with an effective training plan, to be put into action. By keep exercising both intensively and extensively the body parts that were found to be weak from the lab tests, it becomes possible to create a healthy and physically strong body.
