両方とも使えますが意味が違います。 過去形だとただ単に「動かなかった」 would が入ると「ともしなかった」と意思が入ります。ですから上の文は「彼は微動だにしようともしなかった」の意味です。

こんにちは。 いくら勉強してもWouldの使い方がいまいちわかりません、、、、。 Would you like～？I would like～.の形は丁寧な言い方というのはわかるのですが、その他の I would say no. He wouldn't be with me when I need. I wouldn't rush into this if I were you. If you want to see hem,he would be delighted. 「I am sure that he would get wonderful experience in Hawaii and you would have a good experience, too. Moreover, he would learn a lot from his experience, so he would be improve his English a lot.」 っと書いたのですが、使い方あってますでしょうか？ イマイチ今回の場合のwillとwould、またCanとcouldなどの使い分けが分かりません。どんなときにどちらを使うのでしょうか？また上記の文は失礼な感じになっていませんか？（文法自体も間違っているかもしれませんか）
