１。 wouldn'tのところdidn'tとしたくなるのですが、なぜwouldn'tなのでしょうか？ didn't だと「店員は、取り合わなかった」 wouldn't だと「店員は、取り合おうと（さえ）もしなかった」「ぜんぜん取り合おうという意思がなかった」 ２。なんのwouldでしょうか？ 「意思」の will の過去形の would でしょう。

Maybe she is a very possessive person. She might be mad because you didn't ask her. well, I think she is pretty possessive. But she wouldn't get that mad over something so pointless. ここでのthatはyou didn't ask herですよね？ だとするとover以下と同じ事を言っている気がするのですが、 なぜshe wouldn't get mad over something so pointless.と発言しないのでしょうか？ここでthatを入れるのはどの様な感覚からでしょうか？

I would rather you didn't pick on her too much, since nobody is perfect. このぶんについてなのですが、would ratherの後には仮定法過去、もしくは仮定法過去完了がくるとのことですが、この文のdidn't...の部分は仮定法になっているのですか？

解らないところが有るので訳をおねがいします 水族館内での出来事です She pressed her face up against the glass, squashing her nose. It would have looked funny to the dolphns, had the noticed, which they didn't. None of the fish ever noticed her. 解らないのは「had the noticed, which they didn't.」の部分です よろしくお願いします
