Standard American English で such asを使って"BやCのようなA"というとき、 A such as B and C A such as B or C A such as B. C のいずれが正しいでしょうか？

普通には as の後に具体例を列挙していきますので、 or でなく and です。 例に含まれるものをいろいろ挙げていくのであって、 あるいは、と選択するのではありません。 ３つ列挙するなら B, C and D となります。

英文解釈の受験参考書に It is such a significant difference, in fact, that neither a Japanese commercial shown to an American audience nor an American commercial shown to Japanese is likely to be effective. という文章の訳が 「このちがいは、実際、非常に重大なので、日本のコマーシャルをアメリカの視聴者に見せても、アメリカのコマーシャルを日本の視聴者に見せても、効果的ではないであろう。」 となっていました。 私がわからないのは、「なので」と、理由が訳にあることです。英文のほうには, because などの理由を表す接続詞がないのになぜこういう訳になるのでしょうか？

A for B and C from D is E. という構造の英文があるとします。この場合、 １．(B のための A) と (D からの C) は E ２．D からの (B) と (C) のための A は E ３．(D からの C) と (B のための A) は E 上の３パターンの内、どういう構造を選ぶのが適切なのでしょうか？ それともABCDに入る英語の内容によって訳す順番が変わるのでしょうか。 すごく基礎的な質問かもしれませんがよろしくお願いします。
