That's why ～. というのは、前に原因・理由にあたる表現があって、 「そうだから～だ」の意味です。 関係副詞 why に「理由」の意味が含まれ、 「それが～する理由だ」が本来の意味です。 その why 以下が Cleopatora's beauty has been / passed down (as a legend) and always will be passed down eternally as a legend. be passed down ～という受身が has been ～という現在完了、will be ～という未来として使われ、 and でつながれています。 ac ＋ bc ＝ (a ＋ b)c のように、後ろに共通部分がきているパターンで、 ぱっと見わかりにくいかもしれません。 「そうだから、クレオパトラの美しさはレジェンドとして、 これまでずっと伝えられてきて、 今後もずっと伝えられるだろう。」
