In the last example, the quote would have been delivered in the present of the hypothetical time, and should be rendered that way.

すみません、追加で質問なのですが、可能表現に、only で強調するためには、be only able to と決まっているのでしょうか？それとも I only can でも使えるのでしょうか？？
