内臓のHDD故障？寿命？ブルー画面。
- 稼動5年になるデスクトップ（NEC PC-GV263CZDC)を使用しています。
- 最近、起動中に急に画面が真っ暗になりコンセントを抜かなければ電源を落とせない症状が頻発します。
- HDDからカラカラと異音がしていたため、寿命かもしれないと思っています。

稼動5年になるデスクトップ（NEC PC-GV263CZDC)を使用してます。 最近、起動中に急に画面が真っ暗になりコンセントを抜かなければ 電源を落とせない症状が頻発します。真っ暗になると本体を起動した 直後の様に、ファンが勢い良く回りだし、同時にモニターのランプは OFF（電源を落とした時の反応）になります。丁度一年前、HDDから カラカラと異音がして（一ヶ月で止んだ）そろそろ寿命かなとは 思ってましたが、、、 ちなみに調子が良いと何時間か正常に動作してますが症状がでると 当分は立ち上がりません。ごくたまに出るブルー画面は私はよく 分からないので下記に一部を明記しておきます。 Techical infomation STOP:0x0000001A(0x00005003 0x8B800000 0x0000B71A 0x0B37EE14 Collectinig data for crash dump Initializing disk for crash dump Beginning dump of physical memory Dumping physical memory to disk:100 後、参考になるか分かりませんが、最近入れた「CrystalDiskinfo」 のデーターを添付します。C6とC8ってやっぱ異常値ですか？

コンセントを抜いて電源を切るたびに、ＨＤＤの劣化が進んでいます。このままの状態が続けば、ＨＤＤがクラッシュして起動出来なくなるでしょう。 表示された異常警告を読んだ限りでは、ＨＤＤのセクターに傷が付いて、読み取れなくなる寸前のようです。エラー表示が相当出ているはずです。 内蔵ＨＤＤを交換するか、パソコンの買い替えを選択するのが適切でしょうね。

PC-GV263CZDC 寿命というほどの年式ではないと思いますが 多分 ハード交換でしょう 交換若しくは win7の中古を入れる 中古でも十分です 安いし 治す事を 考えると その費用も考慮し 中古を入れたほうが 有益な気がしますけど XP という事も あり その方が 良いような気がします

五年間使ってますが、本体の構成等、今でも十分足りてるので 自分も本体丸ごと買い替えは少し抵抗あります。同じくHDD交換を 視野に色々調べてたのですが、メーカー品と言う事もあり。OSや 内臓HDDも単独で購入した経験がなく、少し戸惑ってます。ただ このままではまた不具合が出ると思うので、もう少し調べてみて 検討したいと思います。また近い内こちらで質問する事があると 思います。ご回答ありがとうございました。

STOP:0x0000001Aは、メモリマネジメント関係のエラーの様ですよ。 Memetest86でも流せば、エラーが出るかもしれませんね。 CDIのデータは特に悪いところはないように見えます。(C7がちょっとわからない) > C6とC8ってやっぱ異常値ですか？ 当方が見たところ0ですが・・・ > HDD温度が95℃ いや、生の値が30(16進数)なので48℃です。

その後、本体清掃し一切のエラーが出なくなりました。Memetest86も 特に問題なかったです。たまたまかもしれませんが、、、 ただ使用年数を考えると、このまま何もしない訳にはいきませんので、 これから色々調べてみて、早めにHDD交換等、検討していきます。 ご回答ありがとうございました。

HDDの破損でしょうCrystalDiskinfo現在のHDD温度95℃は異常です、通常では絶対ならない温度で、80℃位がHDDの限界の筈ですから、異常すぎます。 原因は何かは判りませんが、オーバーヒートが異常動作の原因ですね。

現在地の数値は16進数なので、実質40度超えです。その後本体の清掃を してHDDの温度がぐっと下がりました。ただ五年間で毎日半日稼動してる ので実際HDD交換は必要かと考えてます。ご回答ありがとうございました。

その後、思い切って本体内部を解体し山ほど溜まった埃を取り除く 作業を行いました。不思議とHDD温度がぐっと下がり、それ以降は 不具合が全く出ません。しかし問題が解決したとも思ってません。 使用年数を考えるとHDDの老化傾向は否めませんし、HDD交換がまず 最優先かとも思います。ただ色々調べましてメーカー品（OEM版）と 言う事で、規格やOSの絡みもありますし、なにぶん素人ですので 今一度下調べをして、また違う形で質問する事があると思います。 その時はよろしくお願いします。ご回答ありがとうございました。
