ブルーバックの文字です。どういう意味ですか？

ブルーバックのメッセージは定型文であり、数行だけがトラブルの原因を探る原因を持っています

Vistaでブルーバックがでるのは、めずらしいです。十中八九、ハードウェアの故障と思ってよいです。
ただし、

のあたりから書いてあるように、
「もし、これが最初のことなら、コンピュータを再起動しなさい。それでも同じ画面が出るなら次のステップに進みなさい。」
ということで、1回限りしか出ないなら、あまり気にしなくてよいです。
メッセージには
バグコード_USB_DRIVER
の文字が見えますが、必ずしもUSBの異常とは限りません。

おそらくUSB機器がぶっ壊れたか、一時的にへんな状態になったとか。とくに思い当たるところがなければ、専門家でないと手に負えないかと。
