最後のメッセージの受信についての疑問と笑顔の意味について
- 最後のメッセージの受信について疑問があります。直訳では意味がわからないため、解説していただきたいです。
- また、メッセージの最後に「：）」という笑顔の表情がありますが、これは本当に笑っているのか疑問です。
- さらに、最初の文の最後に疑問符があるのはなぜですか？最後のメッセージだと思わないでね？という意味でしょうか？

- 対面で会話するときの直接・間接話法の使い分けがわかりません
中学校などで一応直接間接話法は習いましたが、あくまでも文章であらわすときだけでした。実際に、対面で人と話すときにどうなるのかがわかりません。 例；文章の場合 I said to her "You are tired.". I said to her that she was tired. 代名詞と時制に変化が現れますよね。文章の場合はどちらもありですよね。 さて、これがスピーチなどで「私は、彼女に、彼女が疲れていると言ったんです。」というような設定で話すとき、上記の話し方は両方ともＯＫなのでしょうか？ 例；実際の対面の会話の中で Ａ．I said to her "You are tired.". Ｂ．I said to her that she was tired. Ａ場合、文章に書けば、""があるので、「You」と「her」が同一人物であることがよくわかるのですが、でも、対面会話の場合は「to her」が無いと、目の前にいる人がtiredという意味になってしまいますよね？ まとめると、 実際の対面の会話の中で、Ａのような使い方はＯＫなのでしょうか？ ややこしいですが、最後まで読んでいただいてありがとうございます。 教えてくだされば感謝いたします。

質問が二つあります。 １ might についてなんですが mightは 週末なにするのときかれ、 I might hang out with friend. 私は 友達と遊びに行くかもしれない というような かもしれない という意味だと聞きました。 これは 相手に対しても あなたは明日そこへつれていかれるかもしれない。 とかでもつかえるのですか？ You might...there あとなにかの事柄に関して、 その日は近いかもしれない のような場合でもつかえますか？ 教えてください。 ２ あと、 よく外国人に 自分の人間関係などの出来事を話す時に 「彼女は彼にこう言ったの。あなたが嫌いよと」 というようなときの主語は、 このままShe said to him, I don't like you. と当事者の目線から、I don't like youとかくのは間違えなのでしょうか？ She said to him, She don't like him.というように第三者的にみた Sheを使うのが普通なのですか？ 私たちは 普段は結構当事者がいったセリフをそのまま 「あなたのことが嫌い」 と表現することもよくあります 英語的に表現するには、 「彼女は彼のことが嫌いといった」 というように "彼女と彼"として表現しなきゃいけないのでしょうか？ 説明わかりづらくてすみません 教えてください。

ちょっと長いですが、最後の一文の意味が分からず、難渋しています。 US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld was asked how long the war would last. He said that he didn't know, because the enemy got to vote. これは単に投票すると訳すとおかしくなるように思います。教えてください。

My best childhood friend married a boy she met through me in high school. I am closer to her but friends with both. He smokes pot. But I don't make sense what she told me. I could catch the word she said, but sentence is concerned, I can't understand. Because the meaning is the word is changing of various ways in the sentence. これでいいでしょうか？
