Mary is such a hard worker that she is surely to succeed in realizing her objectives.

She is a very kind and gentle teacher. All the students are fond of her. She is such a kind and gentle teacher that all the students are fond of her.

1.She is planning to go to America to improve her her ability to speak English. 2.She has planned to go to America for improving her ability to speak English. また、for improving はto improve にすべき。

(1)Jim and Sue don't do their homework every day. Do jim and Sue their homework every day? No,they don't. (2)They don't have dictionaries on their desks. ・Do they have dictionarie on their desk? No,they don't. (3)She studies hard. ・Does she study hard? Yes,she does. (4)She's writing in her book right now. ・Is she writing in her book right now? Yes,she is.

(a) The little girl was (1 afraid of) her stepfather (2 and) didn't want (3 to come) back (4 home). (b) (1 He had) some terrible experiences (2 in) his (3 military service) and he is now (4 in a mental) hospital.
