(1)で二回までなら休憩時間を分割してもよいとしていますが、 (2)でその内一回の休憩は6時間以上でなければならない。 (3)休憩時間の間隔が14時間を超えてはいけない。→14時間以上連続して働かせてはならない。 (2)(3)両方の条件を満たさなければ規則違反になります。質問文では触れられていませんが、(3)も守らなければ処罰対象になると思います。

回答ありがとうございます。 ご指摘の通り、(3)も遵守しなければならない事は理解しています。 ただ、「連続14時間働かさない」はそれほど高いハードルではなく、現状でも クリア出来ていますので、あえて質問内容に触れませんでした。 参考として、司厨部を例にしていましたが、司厨部以外の例では、新ルール対応として 当直に入る乗組員は昼の1200時から夜の0000時まで12時間労働とし、その反対を 12時間の休憩とする事アイデアも検討されています。 もちろん、朝食、夕食は当直中であれば現場を離れる事なく食事を摂る事となります。 昼食は1200時以前の入直前、あるいは、1200時以後の当直後となりますので、労働環境 としては、悪くなる方向です。
