早速のご回答ありがとうございます。 ご賢察の通り、船員の労働時間管理に関する新しいルールです。 現状、司厨部という食事を提供する乗組員は 0600時-0800時(2h),1030時-1300時(3.5ｈ),1530時-1900時(3.5h) のスケジュールで合計8時間/day の就労形態です。 新しいルールに準拠すれば、上記の就労形態は休憩時間が3回に分けられている ため、ルール違反となります。 ルール対応とするためには、現状休憩時間となっている、例えば0800時-1030時 を就労させればクリアとなりますが、就労時間は10.5時間/dayとなります。 そもそもの新ルールが、「現状過酷な就労状態なので、一定の休息時間を確保しよう」 との趣旨で出来たものですので、ルール対応する事が労働強化に繋がるのはおかしいなと 感じた次第です。 労働時間を3回に分けられないとすると、 上述のように従来の休憩時間を労働時間として休憩時間を2回とする 食事を提供する時間を変な時間（例えば昼食後30分以内に夕食提供）と設定して 連続した労働時間とする いづれにせよ、船員の労働環境が悪くなる方向に行くようです。
