- Aの質問では、比較級を使って「Tom is taller than any other boy in his class.」
- Bの質問では、美しい女性を表現するために「This is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen.」

No one sound means more than any other.
No one sound means more than any other. He is taller than any other boy in his class. A buzz of meaningless noise surrounds him. No one sound means more than any other. Unlike his ears ,the hearing center of his brain is still immature.

He is taller than any other student in his class. There are not any girls in this room. He is the tallest of the boys.

- 〔英文法〕any other than の後ろは単数名詞?
He is smarter than any other boys in the class 辞書を調べてみたところ do you have any other questions?

No student in this class can swim as fast as Jane. Jane can swim the fastest of all students in this classとなり studentsの前にtheがつきません。 一方 He plays the guitar better than any other boy in his class He plays the guitar best of all the boys in his classとなり boysの前にtheがつきます。

>(1)Tom is taller than any other boys in his class. >(2)Tom is taller than other boys in class.
