英語の訳し方を教えてください

No.2 です。 ひとつ訂正。 > to be considered for a skilled visa > こっちの to は「～まで」「～にいたるまで」の to と考えていいでしょ。 と書きました。でもそれだったら to being considered ってならなきゃいけないですね。 この to は「～するために」の to だと考えるべきでした。「技能者ビザを取得できるぐらいである（for a skilled visa）と判断される（be considered ）ために」ってこと。修飾の役割そのものは変わりがありません。 以上、訂正しておわびします。
