Let's drink them at the park. というのがありました。英和辞典、英英辞典を見ると、drink、tea、juice いずれも「数えられない」「数えられる」どちらもあります。でも、 アメリカ人の若い女性講師は「drink は数えられるから drinks、tea、juice は 数えられないから、そのまま。tea と juise ２つ数えられないのがあると、 代名詞は it でなくて、them 」と説明してました 「本当ですか？」と聞くと、「ウソでありません。本当です」と答えてました tea が数えられないと言っても、英和辞典の例文で 「Two teas please. お茶を２つください」というのがあり、数えられる時もある とは思うのですが、上記の宿題と答えでは （１） tea、juice には s を付けない方が普通なのでしょうか？ （２）２つ数えられないのがあると、it でなく them を使う というのはホントに本当なのでしょうか？

Bean-Scattering Ceremony Originally the term setsubun referred to any of the divi-sions of the solar year, but over time it came to be associated specifically with the eve of the first day of spring. According to the old lunar calendar, the first day of spring and the new year were celebrated at about the same time. Traditional ceremonies for purification and for driving away demons were held to prepare for the new year as well as for the spring planting season. In order to drive away evil forces, people threw roasted beans at the invisible demons outside their homes and then scattered beans inside to attract good luck. 訳を教えてください。 With that said, I would add that most people would still probably use the word people for either situation. 後ろの方のpeopleはイタリックです。 ちなみに、前の文章は、 "There are two persons sitting at th table.""There are two people sitting at the table."In the first one, I get the feeling that the two are not together; they're just sharing the table.In the second one I think that the two of them are together. です。
