(1)趣味をもたねれば、天才もただの愚か者に過ぎないという人もいます。 Some people say that genius people are equal with foolish ones, without hobby. (2)ただ単にお金があったり、よい服を着ていたり、勉強ができたりするだけでは、人間として何か大切なものが欠落していることになるでしょう。 Even though, you have a lot of money, wear nice clothes and study well, you might lack something important to live as human begins. (3)趣味に専念することによって、より深い人生観が生まれるのです。 The more you are interesting in hobby, the deeper your perspective of life become. もしよかったら10点満点だったとしたら何点か、採点お願いします。

採点はできませんが、自分でも英作文してみました。参考になればいいと思います。 (1)Some people say that a genius without a hobby is nothing but a fool. nothing but で「過ぎない」を表現しようと思います。 people をなくして、単数形にしてみました。 (2)If you have money, wear nice clothes or study well only, you are lack something important to live as a human being. even though の続きが上手くいっていないように思います。これは、実際にお金持ちである場合に使います。仮定なら if でないと表現できません。 (3)よく見かけるような文ですが、趣味は仕事と違い「専念」するものではありません。専念したら趣味が本職になってしまいます。それを分かった上で、敢えて英訳します。 The more devoted to a hobby you are, the deeper your perspective of life will become. 元の単語をほぼそのまま使わせてもらいました。文法的なミスが少しあるようです。 be interested in となります。この文では「専念」の意味の強い語を使いました。 you are の位置が後ろに移動します。 become は現在なら becomes になります。 私の英訳はこうです。 Recreation will help you (to) make your life better. 「観」に当たる言葉は入れませんでした。「観」も含めて人生であるとの考えからです。 たかが趣味の話題ですので、簡単な文でいいと思います。 (1)でも言えることですが、日本語の「趣味」は「フルマラソン」「音楽鑑賞」や果ては「ごろ寝」「酒」まで、hobby とは言えないものが多いです。一文だけで単語を絞り込むことが難しい語です。私は日本語の「趣味」に当たりそうな語で、最も意味の広い語を使いました。
