to が２つあるように，from も２つあります。 from the field を canola oil にかけるのでなく， これも「～から」「～から」と take にかける。 油を，キャノーラ草から，（そして・すなわち）畑から， フライパンへ，（そして）燃料タンクへ キャノーラ油の源を植物自体と畑という育つ場の２つを並べ， その油の行く先としてフライパンと燃料タンクの２つを並べている。 キャノーラ油は料理用油としてだけでなく，バイオディーゼルとして燃料用にも使われる。

「そして」と一応しましたが， to the fryer to the fuel tank というのは 「フライパンを通って，そして，燃料タンクへ」というのでなく， 「フライパンへ行く」そして「燃料タンクへも行く」という並列です。
