英文契約：値引き交渉について

- 上司がディスカウントの条項を設ける際に、相手方からの要求があった場合のみ応じる形を提案してきたため、一般的な表現方法について意見を求めています。
- 「We'd like to talk about offering a discount...」「We may talk about your offering a discount...」「We can talk about offering a discount if you need」という表現のうち、どれが適切か検討したいです。

英文契約：「値引き交渉に応じます」
お世話になります。 英文の契約書で、注文個数が一定数を超えた場合に、ディスカウントに応じます、という内容を入れたいのですが "We'd like to talk about offering a discnout...." という書き方はどうでしょうか？ 上司が、「向こうが値引きを申し出たらこちらが応じる、という形にしたい」と言って "We may talk about your offering a discount......" という文案を出してきたのですが、こういうのってあまり見ないなあと思って…そもそも、ディスカウントの条項を設けるなら、どちらが言い出すなんてことは関係ないと思うのですが。値引きをまったく想定していないなら、注文個数に関係なくこの値段です、と書けばよいですよね。 こちらから値引きを持ち出すことはない（なるべくこちらに有利に）、というのが上司の意向なので "We can talk about offering a discount if you need" みたいな文章がいいんでしょうか？"if you need"なんて、むこうはディスカウントが欲しいにきまっているから、蛇足にも思えます。 最初の表現が一般的じゃないかと思うのですが、ご意見お願いいたします。

大口に対しては価格応相談ということなら、 If you order a large amount of our products, contact us to see if a quantity discount can be applied. とすれば、するしないの基準を明言せずぼかしながら言うことができます。 もしくは、契約書なので、何個で何割引と明記するか、あいまいなことは書かないかです。

No.2 から、discount を表意の意向あれば、それで宜しいと存じます。

上司さんの考え方が宜しいかと。 ただ、上文の様に始めから discount する意思を表わすより、 「当社は貴社の提示価格について考慮することもできます。」との文言の後で 改めて，値引き交渉に応ずることもできますね。 また、ご指摘のif you need は不要です。 さらに、we could ～ と 仮定法を使用する方が丁寧な表現になります。

ありがとうございます。 ええと、つまり… We could talk about your offering a discount... がよいのでは、ということでしょうか？

一般論で言えば、 "the unit price will be negotiable (depending on quantity)" 「単価は（数量によって）交渉可能」 くらいでいいんじゃないですか？

アメリカのネットショップで小物を購入しようとしています。値引きの事で質問しているのですがすみませんが意味を教えて下さい。 以前も購入したお店で、以前は15％の値引きをしてもらっていました。 If you start placing regular orders with us then we should be able to change the discount amount to 15%. However, now I would not be able to give you 15%. I had a confirmation from my director that we can give you 10% on this order. Becki did not confirm the 15% with our director unfortunately. I apologise on her behalf.

アメリカのネットショップでレゴみたいなパーツを沢山購入予定です。相手に注文をしたのですがその事で返事が来ました。すみませんが意味を教えてくれませんか？お願い致します。 I have done the estimate for you and I was able to keep the 5% off retail, the AAA in the chart below are ready to ship, but the other AAA will take about 15 days (maybe sooner) as we need to order them from our factory. The shipping price is based off of one shipment in about 2 or less days from payment. If you want to break them up we can do that as well, just let me know, the shipping costs will be higher. Can you please confirm the 2 points below about the lift off AAA and the BBB. There is one AAA that we need to reorder but they no long do the CCC just the all black , here is the a photo below. The only AAA that we need to reorder that we can’t do your 3 pieces is the lift off DDD, the minimum order quantity is 10 pcs, but I can give you a good price of $8 which is 5% off retail plus shipping, if you are interested let me know and I can adjust the invoice.
