Why does gozaru translate to 'that S do/is/will...etc'?

「でござる」というのは、強調の感覚があるので、それを表しているのでは？ that S do の形で、that は前出の意味を表し、Ｓがそういうことをやったとか、そういう状態であるという確認を重ねてやっているようなものです。

こんにちは！ 久々に質問させて戴いております♪ 「～の息子だ」という時、 That is ～'s son.と、That will be ～’s son. この２つの文は同じ訳になると思うのですが、ニュアンスが違ったりするんでしょうか？ なぜ、「～の息子さんだ！」って言う時に、わざわざ「will」を使うのかが解りません。 お返事遅くなると思いますが、どなたか教えて下さい！！

人に何かあげた時に、 I hope you like it. と I hope you'll like it. とどちらが正しいか、 ネイティブスピーカーに聞いてみました。 Either will do. という返事でした。do は何だろうと思ったのですが、 Either way will make sense. の意味と受け取っていいでしょうか。 それとも他にありますか？

That is (?) I like to do. (1)why (2)which (3)what この穴埋め問題で、回答が(3)のwhatだというのは納得がいくのですが、(1)のwhyはだめだという理由はどう説明したらよいのでしょうか？ 解説には「That is why I like to do it.であればwhyが可能」と書いてありましたが、itが無いとだめな理由はなんなのでしょうか？ 確かにそのほうが自然な気もしますが、屁理屈を言えば、自動詞のdoと考えれば可能な気もするのですが、、、。 よろしくお願いします。

I hope you will understand how happy you've made me. I know it's going to save me if anything will." 問題の箇所まで訳すと「二つで十分よ。ひとつは、あなたがこうして会いに来てくれたことに対して、私はすごい感謝しているんだという事を分かって欲しいの。あなたのお蔭で、私がどれぐらい幸せになったかという事を分かってほしいわ」 次です。たぶん「救われるのよ」みたいな感じだと思うのですが、if anything will の部分がよく分かりません。will のない、if anything はよく見るので、「どちらかといえば、むしろ」という意味で、「（幸せというよりも）むしろ、救われるのよ」とすれば意味は通ります。 この will は一体何なのでしょうか？if 節中に will が使われてるのも引っかかります。if 節中に特別な場合を除いて、will は使われない。とされているからです。特別な場合とは、「If you will wash the dishes, I will put the children to bed （あなたが食器を洗ってくれれば, 私が子供をねかしつけます）」 のように、「意志」を表すときです。anything は生き物ではないので意志はありません。どう訳せばいいのでしょうか？どうぞ、お力を貸してください。よろしくお願いします。
