FXDDはよく利用します。 入出金でのトラブルは今の所ありません。 もう少し情報書いた方がいいのではないでしょうか。 ・入金した方法はどのような方法か（口座、Paypalなど） ・ドル建てなのか円建てなのか ・FXDDへ入金に利用した銀行、FXDD側の銀行名 ・日本担当は「原因が不明」でどうすると言っているのでしょうか 調査中ですか？ あなたの銀行口座が使えない状態になって戻せないようにはなっていませんか。

  • FXDDの出金手続きが中々進みません

    FXDDの日本語お役立ちガイドサポートと連絡を取りながら、出金フォームに記入した書類をデジカメで撮り、その画像をメールに添付してFXDD(マルタ)へ送っているのですが、届いてないそうなんです。　 最初は添付画像のサイズが大きくてエラーメッセージが出たので、NTTリモートサポートの遠隔操作より設定して貰い送信して頂きましたが、それでも届いてないらしいんです。送ったメールは送信済みアイテムにしっかり入っていて、エラーメッセージも届いておりません。 書類をスキャンする方法もある様ですが、スキャン機械が無くて出来ないため、FXDDのアドバイスによりデジカメで撮り送ったのです。　 また指定されたファックス番号010-356-2138-3307にファックス送信しているのですが、「送信→待機中→送信→待機中…………」 と何度も出て、最後には「送信出来ませんでした」と表示され、書類がファックスから戻される次第です。 これもNTTに確認したら、「こちらの問題ではなく、あちらの環境がうまくない」と言われたので、FXDDにその旨を伝えたら「こちらには不具合なし」と言われます。 そこで、FXDDから出金経験のある方、出金はスムーズに出来たでしょうか？　 私のやり方が何か間違っておりますか？　 また、どうしたら良いと思われますでしょうか！ 出金出来ずに大変困っております。　 何卒、ご回答を宜しくお願い致します。
