DELLの診断用プログラムや一般的な診断プログラムを使って診断するのもてですが、このPCはメモリが標準で2枚入っているようなので1枚だけ挿してメモリの検証は出来ると思いますよ。メモリのはずし方は簡単です。PC底面のねじを何本か外すとメモリにアクセスできます。Studi 15 メモリで検索すると詳しい方法が探せると思います。作業のときは必ずバッテリーとACアダプターは取り外してください。また、静電気に気をつけてください。

メモリの取り外しは親に大反対されたのでやめます。 簡単な事なのかもしれませんが PCのねじをはずすということは万が一何かあったら１０万円もするPCがだめになってしまうということですから。

メモリ絡みのトラブルのようです。 犯人の可能性は メモリ、マザーボード、HDD の順です。 とりあえずメモリを何度か抜き差ししてみましょう、これで治れば儲けモンですから。 トラブルの原因が、メモリなら交換するだけ、HDDなら交換の後システム再構築が必要、マザーだと部品の入手が困難ですから個人での修理は難しいと思います。ネット等でのジャンク品入手は運次第ですから当てには出来ませんよ。 memtest86なども有力な検証ツールですが、正確に個々の検証をするには検証用のPCがいります。多少費用はかかりますがメーカー、PCショップ等に修理依頼するのが結果的に手間要らずです。 一か八かでメモリ交換してみます？

ありがとうございます。 メモリの抜き差しというのは ノートパソコンの分解を行わないとできないものですか？ そうなると、ちょっと壊してしまったらと思うのでやめておきたいのですが 特に分解することもなく、抜き差しできるのであれば やってみてもいいかなと。 ＞memtest86なども有力な検証ツールですが、正確に個々の検証をするには検証用のPCがいります。 とのことですが、この検証用のPCというのは正常に動く普通にPCということでしょうか？ でしたら、今この文章を打っているこのPCが正常に動いているので、こっちで検証をしてということができるかと（２台パソコン持っていて、今回おかしくなったのは片方の１台だけなので）
