お世話になります。 イーベイで同じセラーから２つの商品（陶器）を購入しました。 事前にメールで同梱可能（保険付き）の送料を尋ねたところ ＵＳ２５ドルと回答があり、その金額をもとに落札価格を決め落札いたしました。 しかし、実際にインボイスが届くと２つの商品について、別々の送料を請求してありました。 ・アイテムＡ：18.99ドル ・アイテムＢ：25.00ドル ・保険つける場合：1.65ドル ・上記合計：45.64ドル 差額が20.64ドルも違います。 同梱の価格を送ってくれるように４度ほど連絡していますが、なぜかアイテムＡだけのインボイスを ２回送ってきて、あとは返事が返ってきません。 落札してから１週間ほどたっております。 最初に保険つきで追跡番号で同梱した場合の送料を聞いたときの返事は、下記です。 Hi, we can combine the two items and ship them to Japan for $25 including insurance. There is no tracking for international packages with us postal service. We have had much success shipping internationally with the US postal service. - 海外ショッピングのpaypal支払いについて。
何度か海外ショッピングをして、paypal支払いをした事が あるのですが、今回はちょっと頭を悩ませてまして、 ご存知の方が居ましたら、教えて頂けると嬉しいです。 今までpaypal支払いの時、 １．購入手続きをしてる時にpaypal支払いの画面に切り替わり、 支払いが完了して、購入手続きが完了。 ２．全て購入手続きが完了した後に、メールで支払いの連絡が くる。そして、paypalで支払う。 １の場合は、購入手続きしてる時に日本への送料が確認できました。 ２の場合は、日本への送料が手続きの時点では分からなく、 メールで支払いの連絡が来た時に、送料が記載されていました。 今回利用したいショップさんは、 購入手続きの時点で送料が分からなく、購入手続きしてる時にpaypalの 画面に切り替わってしまうのです。 この場合は、後から送料のみの請求がきたりするのでしょうか？ それとも、この時点で引き落とされる事は無く、 こちらの返事を待って引き落としてくれるのでしょうか？ ちなみにInternational Shippingにはこのように書かれています。 Due to the varying size and weights of different items, shipping charges outside of the U.S. or Canada will be calculated on a per order basis. When your order is placed a customer service person will e-mail you the shipping options for your order. Your order WILL NOT be charged or processed until we have your approval. 分かりにくい文で申し訳ありません。 よろしくお願いします。
