1はそれで良いかと思います。 2も解釈は正解です。「だんだん凍ったら」の部分を「ゆっくり」にすると、よりわかりやすく、日本語らしいかもしれません。 3の「水」を水分にすると良いのではないでしょうか。「食べ物に含まれる水分が多ければ多いほど」。 4も問題ないと思います。 5の2番目ですが、断熱容器の「上」ではなく、「中」だと思います。 5の3番目の「固体の形で」というのは間違いかと思います。 liquidは液体です。 その一文を訳すなら、「食塩水のような塩分を含む-30度から-40度の液体の中で冷やす」だと思います。

The cause of obesity is various, but high calorie diet and low exercise time are greatly related. Fast food such as McDonald and KFC is cheap and tasty and it meets hunger, but it is a big cause of it. 実際に行ってみないと、どのような結果になるかはわからない。住民に負担がかかってしまうかもしれないが、赤字の削減にもなり、それが地域の利益にもなる可能性があるのであればやってみる価値はあるように思える。 If we do not try, we will never know what result we are capable of. It is delicious with a lot of fat at this time of the year.
