とりあえず添削します。 I should have studied about the history of the country before the trip. I feel it doesn't make a difference (/make much difference) just to see (those) famous buildings. I have realized that trips would be more fun if I knew what happened there.

Measure all ingredients and put them in a mixer. Make it round and done. これはチョコレートの風味がしますが、チョコは入れていないのですよ。 This tastes like a chocolate, but it doesn't contain any chocolate.
