こんにちは。 うーん。「この危機を乗り越える力」は原意からちょっとずれているような気がしますが。 自分なら問題の個所を「機動性を高める」、「機動力を強化する」等と訳すと思います。 でも、難しいですね。いろんな方の意見を私も聞きたい。 一応、参考意見として書いてみました。

あ なるほど よくわかりました。 私が考えてたのは どちらかというと 『今後どんどん状況は悪化するだろうが、なんとか食いつないでいく力だけは維持しておこう』のような完全ネガティブな感覚でとらえていたのですが、『機を見て敏に対処できるように』のほうが良い感じのようですね。 ありがとうございました。(´＿｀。)
