then　だとしたら、直訳ですが・・・ （あなたは、ランニング構造から、いくつかの一般的な誤りを見分けるために学んだことを用いて、すぐにランニングの構造を正すことができます。）みたいな感じでよいのでしょうか？ 英語に自信がないので・・・
