as ～as の使い方でいくつかわからないものがあるので教えてください。 as asの中は、形容詞、副詞以外に、形容詞+名詞が入ることがありますよね。 例えば、I buy as many books as the teacher. これはmany books を比較して言っていると思うんですが、 I buy books as many as the teacher. とも言えますか？？ 後者はなんとなく違うような気がしますが、どうしてだめなのかがいまいちわかりません。 あとas ～as ever lived の使い方ですが、 これもas as の中は「形容詞+名詞」となってます。 例えば、He is as talented a writer as ever lived.という文章ですが、He is as a talented writer as ever lived.にはできないのでしょうか？ わかりにくい質問で大変申し訳ないですが、おそらくas asの使い方をいまいち理解してないようなので、どなたか解説をお願いいたします。

高校受験を目の前に控えているけれど、気になってしかたがないので質問させて頂きます。 辞書にはmany much は疑問、否定文のみ使用可能で、 so such as veryなどを併用する場合はmany muchも肯定文で使えると載っていました。 しかし、いざ英文を読んでみると We had much rain yesterday. や He has many friends. のような文を目にします。 なぜこれは We had so much rain yesterday. や He has a lot of friends. のようにしなくても大丈夫なのでしょうか？ よろしくお願いします。
