こんにちは。 この英文は、後者の「１０～１２営業日以内にこちらに商品が届く」という意味です。 Please expect（どうぞ期待していて下さい/楽しみにして下さい) delivery (配達） within １０－１２ working days.（１０～１２営業日内） もし「１０～１２営業日内に発送する」という主旨を伝える時は、通常は「delivery（配達）」ではなく「ship（発送）」という単語が使われます。 例えば ・Please expect ship (your order) within １０－１２ working day. ・Your order will be ship within １０－１２ working days. と、この様な文になります。 上記の説明でニュアンスが伝わると良いのですが。 それでは。

Please expect delivery within 10 - 12 working days. あなたが商品を受け取るのに１０-１２日かかるという事です。もし『１０-１２日後に商品をそちらに発送する』という意味にするのであればDespatchを使い、The goods will be despatched within 10-12 working days となります。 ちなみにWorking daysと書いてあるのは月－金の事で、土、日は含めません。しいて言えば２週間から２週間半かかるという事です。

deliveryの意味は、「the process of bringing goods or letters to a place」です。つまり「お届け」ということですから、10～12営業日で納品しますよという意味です。

個人的にですが、10～12営業日以内に届くという意味では無いでしょうか？ なんとなく10～12日営業日以内に発送だとしっくりこないところもありますが。。 英語の先生でもなんでもないので間違っていたらすみません。

Please confirm delivery within 27 days of receipt.If you are not satisfied with the shipment or if the shipment did not arrive within 27 days, you can submit a Refund Request here. ところが、今日になり次のメールが入っていました。 Please be kindly advised that the payment of order 10008xxxxx cannot be released right now because the tracking number is invalid. Please confirm if you have received the full shipment for your Order No. 10008xxxxx. If you have not received your full shipment, please contact us before 19 Nov 2010 . If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you have received your shipment in satisfactory condition and payment will be released to the supplier. 上記の「Please confirm if you have received the full shipment for your Order No. 10008xxxxx.If you have not received your full shipment～」部分がよくわかりません。 業者(Supplier)に私から確認する必要があるのでしょうか？ 何をすべきかどなたか教えてくれると助かります。

make delivery within the shipping dateという文章がありましたが、「出荷日以内に引き渡す」という訳になりますでしょうか。 出荷日は、船積みした日。引き渡すのはその後、というイメージがあるので、意味が矛盾しているように思えます。 deliveryは、この場合「引渡」ではなく、「出荷、発送」という意味になるのでしょうか。 どうぞよろしくお願いします。

先日、海外の通販サイトである商品を購入しました。 英語が得意でないのに、どうしても欲しい商品だったためです。 その際送られてきました、配送完了メールの一部がわかりませんでしたので、どなたか翻訳をお願いします。 「Please note that your order was dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery so the item will have to be signed for. Royal Mail will only attempt to deliver the parcel once. If you are not available when the postman attempts delivery a while you were out notice will be left. You will have to go to your local delivery office to collect the parcel within seven days. If you fail to collect your parcel within seven days Royal Mail will return it to us.
