スクリーンショットというのは、相手のサイトの、たとえばトップページをキャプチャーして、サムネールであなたのブログに載せるんですよね？それ、許可要らないと思いますけど。 許可が必要なのは、管理人や所属タレントの写真（肖像権）や、相手が作成したオリジナルの画像（著作権）を載せる場合ですね。サイト全体をキャプチャーして、たまたまそれらの要素が入っていたとしても、著作権や肖像権の侵害にはなりませんよ。あ、サイトのデザインをパクるのはダメですよ。分かります？

補足
サイトのトップページの全体をキャプチャしたものではなく、 そのサイトの使い方を説明するために部分的に切り抜き、 重要な部分などを強調させるために赤の四角で囲って 印などをつけています。 また、見出しにはそのサイトのロゴも使う予定だったんですが さすがにそれは許可が必要でしょうか？ それさえなければ無断で使ってもよいのでしょうか？
