英文の構造を教えて下さい。
下記の文章構造を教えて下さい。 In a case that human rights lawyers and activists worry could condone racial discrimination against foreigners by Japanese businesses, the Osaka District Court rejected a lawsuit Monday that was filed by a black American man who was denied entry to a store apparently due to his color. （出典：Japan Times） 大意は「裁判の結果が人種差別を許す（大目に見る）事になると心配する」だと思うのですが、 文法的に文章の構造をご解説お願い致します。 （文章を解りやすく並べ換えると、どうなるのでしょうか）

まず、後節は理解できますね。 「肌の色のせいであるお店に入ることを断られたとしてアメリカ系黒人によって、提出されていた訴えが大阪地方裁判所によって、月曜日に却下された。」ようです。 「その事例（これは後節の内容だと思います。）が日本の商習慣による外国人に対する人種差別を大目にみることになりはしないかと人権弁護士や活動家が心配をしている。」 構造を分かり安くするなら、後節は後節だけで完結。前節を以下のように読み換えてはいかが。 「(Some) human rights lawyers and activisits worry that the case could condone racial .....」 どうしても1文章にしたければ以下のように。 「In a case that the Osaka District Court.....due to his color, human right lawyers and activists worry.......by Japanese businesses.」

In a case, the Osaka District Court rejected a lawsuit Monday. が元の文章の中心となる部分です。 「ある例では、大阪地方裁判所は訴訟を棄却した」ということになります。 だから本文を直訳すると、 「日本の商社会による外国人に対する人種差別を容認してしまうのではないかと人権活動家や人権派弁護士が懸念するような例があった。大阪地方裁判所が月曜日、肌の色によって入店を拒否されたという米国黒人男性による訴訟を棄却したのである」 となります。 文節ごとに区切ると、こんな風になります。分かりにくくなったかも知れませんが…。 In a case [that (human rights lawyers and activists worry) could condone racial discrimination against foreigners by Japanese businesses], the Osaka District Court rejected a lawsuit (Monday) [that was filed by a black American man {who was denied entry to a store (apparently due to his color)}].

murmedさん、 有り難うございます。 せっかくご説明頂きましたが、いま一つ腑に落ちません。質問の際に大意で述べましたように 意味は理解しているのですが、文法的に何故このような文組立に成るのか、これを平易な 構造にしたらどのような文組立になるのか、再度ご説明願えれば幸いです。 In a case that the Osaka District Court rejected a lawsuit Monday could condone racial discrimination against foreigners by Japanese businesses, human rights lawyers worry. 仮に上記の文にした場合は「human rights lawyers worry」が浮き上がって文としては おかしいと思うのです。

いつもお世話になります。 Japan Timesのある記事で下記の英文がありました。 The new system addresses that by asking email senders and the companies that provide email services to share information about the email message they send and receive. これはThe new system / addresses /that～で区切ってSVOの文かと思っているのですが、 that以下の一番後ろの、they send and receive.はすぐ前のthe email message にかかって、 that provide email ～は前のby asking email senders and the companiesにかかってるのかと 思ったのですが、あっていますか？ それとも they send and receiveが目的語の節なのでしょうか？ また、上記の構造であれば、SVthat(that節を作らない、代名詞としてのthat）になるかと思いますが、 そんな構造あるんでしょうか？

下記の文ですが、意味はとれるので問題ないのですが、 文の構造についていくつかの疑問があります。ご教授いただけたらと思います。 （1）It was not until baby was fed that he stopped crying. 本来は、The baby did not stop crying until he was fed だと思います。これだと意味もわかり易いのですが、強調構文になった途端、理解に苦しみます。 ここでのthatは ～なのは、というような役目？ (2) Who was it that read my diary while I was out? it that read のところが解釈に苦しみます。 (3) I don't want there to be any trouble. there to be のところがよく判りません。
