I'll keep my eyes peeled for it. でしょうね。「目をこらしていよう」といったところです。 積極的にその映画を探したりはしないけど、その映画の事を聞いたり、見かけたりする事があったら、注意をはらうよ、と言った意味です。I'll keep my eyes open. とも言います。 I'm sending you a fax right now.「今ファックス送ります」 OK. I'll keep my eyes open.「いつ来てもいいように注意していよう」 という感じでも使えます。 「今、新しい仕事を探してるんだ」と友達に言われて、「何かあったら連絡するよ」の様な意味合いで、I'll keep my ears open. と言うことも良くあります。これも、積極的に一緒に仕事を探してあげる訳ではないけれど、何かよさそうな物があるか、普段よりも注意していよう、といった感じです。 >質問するのも恥ずかしいような簡単な英文だと思うのですが、宜しくお願いします。 日常的に英語を使っていない限り、こう言った慣用表現の方が難しいと思いますよ。恥ずかしがる事はないです！
