どういう意味でそれをお書きになりたいのかが、そもそも分かりません…　補足要求です。 ファックスや手紙やＥメールは、Can I send ～ ? と書かなくても相手に届いていくわけですから、通常、そうした疑問文も使わないのです。（今送ろうとしているのとは別に、後日何かを送る場合なら、考えられますが）
