how luckey I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard. と言う言葉がネットで紹介され、そのまま引用したんですが、 あとから翻訳アプリで調べたら something のところが何か変なんですよね someone じゃないのかなと。 ちがいますか？

「誰かが、私の店の場所を、知りたいのだと思っていた。」 という英訳を作りたいのですが、翻訳にもかけてみました。 I thought that someone wanted to know the place which I am committing.とでたのですが、 I thought that someone to know the place of my shop. では、意味が違ってきてしまいますか？私は「wanted 」がひっかかってしまって・・・。辞書でも調べたのですが、私の使いたい言葉の意味とは違うような気がして。あと「～～していた・・・。」というのは過去分詞にあたるのでしょうか？そうしたら、haveが入るのかな～とも思ったりして・・・。 「誰かが、私の店の場所を、知りたいのだと勘違いしていた」という場合ですと、 mistake(mistook)を加えればよいのでしょうか？本当は↑の文を作りたいのです。

Level IIに収録されてる「It's So Hard To Say Goodbye」で2:50あたりから（「How could you just look me in the eye...」の歌い出し）歌っている女性の名前を知りたいんですが、ジャケットがどっかにいっちゃって確認出来ません。クレジットが載ってるサイトはあるんですが、まとめて記載されてるので、どの人がこの曲といった記載のされかたじゃないので困っています。Beverly Crowderかなと思ったんですが聞き比べると違う感じがするし、Charmelle Cofieldなのかなあとも思っていますが・・・。どなたかジャケットで、It's So Hard To Say GoodbyeのAddtional Vocal（またはBackground vocal）が誰か確認して教えて頂けないでしょうか宜しくお願いします。

When you enter into a conversation to someone, write a letter, report,you have to have something to say, some purpose, and a interest of expressing that something, whatever it is. 長文問題(出典とかは分からないです)でこんなのが出てきました。意味は分かるんですがexpressingのあとのthatって文法的にどんな役割をしてるんですか？
