契約書に出てくる"pennit"とは一体？
契約文書の中で、"required or pennitted by xxxx"（xxxxは、law, regulations, agreement等の言葉）が出てくるのですが、"pennit"とは一体どういう意味なのでしょうか？どなたがご存知の方いらっしゃいましたらご教示ください。

先ほど質問させていただいたものです。 同じ雇用契約書の中で、The Appointment shall continue until the agreement terminates on XXXX without the need for notice unless previously terminated by either party not giving less than 2 months notice expiring at anytime. という文章があるのですが、意味としては「雇用契約（appointment)は本契約が通知を必要とすることなくｘｘｘｘ日に満了するまで継続する。但しいずれかの当事者によって、満了日より前に、いつでも期間満了となる、満了日より2ヶ月以内の通知をせずに、解除された場合はその限りではない。」ということでしょうか？日本語で書いてても今ひとつ意味がよく分かりません。 partyとgivingの間のnotがなければまだ意味が分かるのですが。。また、expiring at anytimeはnoticeにかかるのでしょうか？ どなたかご教示宜しくお願いします。

契約書の和訳をしているのですが、最後の1文の意味がよくわかりません。 The Parties acknowledge that any execution of this Agreement by facsimile shall be followed by execution of the engrossment copies of this Agreement. ファックスによる本契約の（作成？締結？）と、本契約の正式のコピー？との（作成？締結？）との関係がよくわかりません。 Q No.3164660に対するskytrain2005様の丁寧な回答と関係があると思うのですが・・・・。 宜しくお願いします。
