英語の意味を教えてください

小見出しなので、タイトル文の様に文法を端折っていると思い、この言葉が出てくる箇所の目的が無いと、想像するしか無いのですが、 固定資産の会計上の状況を言っている様な気がします。 固定資産は、取得された後使用開始日が記録され、そこから資産カテゴリーごとに決められた減価償却が始まるのですが、not used は、固定資産が使用されていない。だとするとput-in-use protocols は、put a fixed asset in use。固定資産を使用開始する。protocolsはそのための手続き。 ここまでも想像ですので、外しているかも知れませんが、上が正しいとすると全体としては、 固定資産の使用状況、開始を登録する手続きで”未使用”となっている場合 の様な意味では？

なるほど。 そういう意味ではput-in-useと言う言葉を見たことがありません。ただ明らかに、あることがらにたいしての固有名詞のようで、資産管理や会計、監査の専門用語かも知れないですね。 put-in-use day などはあるのを見るとますます、固定資産の取得日に対する稼働開始日の様に感じますが、償却（depreciation)と言う言葉も近くで一緒に使われていませんか？

現在、企業の監査関連文書を英文で読んでおります。 そこで、分からない表現が出てきましたので、 質問させてください。 在庫の棚卸に関してなのですが、在庫を示す表現で、 「Physical inventory count (Inventory:Goods;-In House, -Buy for Sales, Raw Material, Component Part...)」 と出てきました。 (1)この「Goods」は商品ということでしょうか。 (2)「-Buy for Sales」とはどういう意味でしょうか。 その前の「-In House」とは、意味をどう区別すればよいのでしょうか。 どなたかお詳しい方、ご教示いただけますようお願いいたします。

早速にご回答くださいましてありがとうございます。 監査法人の報告書なのです。 文章中に、The put-in-use protocol should be signed や put-in-use day、Not having a put-in-use protocols 、the Company does not use any formal put-in-use protocol など、put-in-use がよく使われているので、ひとつの単語、言い回しなのかと思った次第です。
