insist on 人 to 動詞 について

He insisted on ( ) a doctor. me seeing が正解なのですが me to see がだめな理由が分かりません。 In the morning he was very busy at work he came in and said he was agoing down to the river in which I insisted on him to stay at home ...や He said PM Modi insisted on him to merge with EPS faction of AIADMK and take up the post of Deputy Chief Minister._ Jack, the main character, was debating whether or not to go in to the old house, curiosity insisted on him to check it out.

それに対してto see a doctor だとsee a doctorの意味上の主語はhe. 多分、investor on someone to do somethingでしっくりくる文も思いつくかもしれません。 He insisted on me to make a movie でもto see a doctorは意味のある解釈ができないです。

伝統的な英文法では me seeing もダメ、me to see もダメ。

"me to see"がダメな理由: Q. He insisted on me to accompany him. Is this sentence correct? [SNIP] A So, as Sarah wrote, “I insisted that he accompany me” is correct. The thing to be done was “he to accompany me.” The person I was speaking to was either him or his parent/guardian. https://www.quora.com/He-insisted-on-me-to-accompany-him-Is-this-sentence-correct

Q. He insisted on my/me singing a song. Would you use "my' or "me" in the above? Thanks. A. Singing is a gerund, a noun, so it takes the possessive my. Q. But I am under the impression that some native speakers may use "me" in this similar context. A. You are quite likely to hear some native speakers say that, but especially in writing, stick with the possessive my instead of me. https://www.englishforums.com/English/HeInsistedSingingSong/zjhmp/post.htm

1。(い)He insisted on me seeing a doctor. (ろ)He insisted on me to see a doctor.
