Both of our brands will be stamped into every product. We would also promote how AAA 、 BBB from the 商品名. We would study the market for such a unique concept in USA. BBB will design products that suit the preference of locals in USA based on the sales. Templates will be sent to AAA. AAA will make the products for sale in our store.

AAA, BBBそれぞれ会社だと思うのですがそれぞれどう言う会社でどこにあってどこ向けの商売をしているのかわかればもっと正確に訳せると思います。 いずれにしてもこれはコブランドの提携の提案の様に見えます。 「AAAは何点か商品を提供し、BBBはアメリカ向けの商品を製作する。商品全てに私たちのブランドが両方つくことになる。(次に文は不完全でわかりませんが、AAA,BBBの商品での役割などをプロモートする様なことかと思います。) アメリカでこう言ったユニークな考え方の市場を探っても良いかもしれません。BBBは売れ行きを見ながらアメリカ人の好みにマッチした商品をデザインする。そのテンプレートをAAAに送りAAAは私たちの店で売る商品を製作する。」 業者用というか商品のデザインをする会社向けにコブランドの可能性を探っている感じです。

AAA は、 商品名 をいくつか送って来、 BBB は米国内での売り出しに商品を出品する予定です。当方の二つのブランド名がどの製品にもつけられます。 我々は AAA がどうして、商品名からBBB かを宣伝します（この文は変です） アメリカでこのようなユニークな発想が市場に受けるか調べて見ます。米国内では地域によって好みが違うので、それに合った製品をBBB はデザインします。 見本は、 AAAに送られます。我々の店で売る製品は.AAAが作ります。

Honestly, I do not see any financial benefits for CCC . to get involved in this DDD project. Unless you are seeing something here that I don’t. If you are going to produce the EEE in BBB and sell in BBB, you will not be using our factory to produce and we will not selling the goods here in the U.S.. I am not sure what kind of role you want me to play in this project. I don’t see myself getting involved into the negotiation of contract unless CCC. can directly benefit from the involvement. We would like to hear what you have in plans, a business plan and any additional information will be helpful at the meeting for consideration. We will meet others to consider distributorship for Japan as well but we would prefer to work with companies that we’re currently working with like yourself. The time period for this will be from August 18-28th so if you would like to be considered for Distributorship, please let me know when you will be able to arrange a visit to our office. As for the discount we will not be able to make any adjustments at the moment and since we will be discussing distribution in Japan we will not be adjusting any price tiers for Japan until it is finalized. Yes, we do sell out very quickly. This year we have increased our production but the demands are greater so it is getting very difficult to stay in stock. Sorry I can’t help.
