教えて下さい

光に変えたらアイコスのサイトに繋がらなくなりました。 We were unable to detect your location This website is intended for Japan のページが出ます。どうしたら良いのでしょうか？ ※OKWAVEより補足：「So-netの各種設定」についての質問です。

アイコスが御家のipあるいわ回線を日本でと認識されてなくて、ブロックしてます、アイコスに報告した方がいいです

ありがとうございました。 アイコスに問い合わせたら なぜか知りませんがブロックされていました。

メッセージは、 「あなたのロケーションが認識できません。このサイトは日本国内向けです。」 という事ですので、海外からアクセスしていると間違えられているようですね。 海外からのアクセスでないのであれば、以下のようなことをしてみても改善しないでしょうか？ ・ONUやその他ルータの電源をいったん切って再起動してみる。 ・ブラウザを変えてアクセスしてみる。。 ・プロキシを外してみる IE の場合、インターネットオプション＞接続＞LANの設定＞LANにプロキシサーバを使用するのチェックを外してみる。

光に変える前は、どんな種類の回線を利用していたのでしょうか？ 光にする前は、回線モデムの中にプロバイダへの接続設定がされていたのかな？ 光にすると、光信号を導線で送る信号に変換するだけのＯＮＵというものに入れ替わりますので新たに、ルーターにプロバイダへの接続情報を設定しなければ、ネットアクセスは出来なくなります。 このあたりの仕組みが判っていないのかな？ 　こうしたサイトに投稿するよりは、お友達・知人の知恵を拝借することの方が早く解決すると思います。
