アメリカ合衆国憲法の修正案です。 日本の憲法をだいぶ参考にして作りました。 こちらの英文を添削してほしいです。 ⇨1. 賃金、就業時間、休息その他の勤労条件に関する基準は、法律でこれを定め、残酷で異常な労働条件は禁じる。 Standards related wages, working hours, rest and other working conditions shall be determined by law, and cruel and abnormal working conditions are prohibited. 2. すべて国民は、勤労の権利を有し、働く義務がある。 All people have the right to work and obligation it. 3. 18歳未満の子供の労働を規制する。 Regulate the labor of children under 18 years old. よろしくお願いします。

That in article 2st, section 9, between clauses 3 and 4, be inserted these clauses, to wit, The civil rights of none shall be abridged on account of religious belief or worship, nor shall any national religion be established, nor shall the full and equal rights of conscience by in any manner, or on any pretext infringed. The people shall not be deprived or abridged of their right to speak, to write, or to publish their sentiments; and the freedom of the press, as one of the great bulwarks of liberty, shall be inviolable. ⇨初めの文章がよくわからないのですが、（第２条の３項と４項の間の９項？？） これはどういう意味でしょうか？ またその後の英文を簡単に訳すと、「９項を３項と４項の間に挿入すると？、宗教的信念や崇拝のために市民権を無くしたり、国家宗教を確立したり…（この後がわかりません）」 そのあとは簡単にいうと、「表現の自由」のことですよね。 「話したり、執筆したり、報道する自由は侵害されないものとする。」 ただ前文との繋がりが見えないのですが…どういうことでしょうか？ わかる方、簡単でいいので（丁寧に訳していただかなくて大丈夫です）わかりやすく教えていただければ嬉しいです。 よろしくお願いします。
