英語の受身形
He was made the star of the circus. 何かmadeとtheの間に何もないのに違和感を覚えるのですが。この構造を教えてもらえないでしょうか？ よろしくお願いします。

1。make O C 「OをCにする」は下記のように第五文型です。 http://e-grammar.info/pattern/pattern_41.html 2。これを受け身にすると O is made C 「OはCにされる」になります。 3。O = He is > was C = the star of the circus を代入すると。 4。He was made the star of the circus. 「彼はサーカスのスターにされた」になります。

Detailed and entertaining descriptions of these birds are accompanied by color photograps from acclaimed nature photographer Thomas. という英文がありますが、 (1)are accompanied by color photograpsという受け身の文章ですが、そもそも人ではない、color philanthropicのよってaccompaniedされるというのが今一違和感がありますがこういう使い方は良くあることなのでしょうか。 (2)color philanthropicとfrom accompanied...の間には、関係代名詞が省略されていますか？ by color photograps that is from acclaimed nature photographerのようはイメージです。 宜しくお願いします。
