俺が言ってるのは、な？ 今まで喧嘩がなかったのは、お前の評判があったららなんだ、な？ が、それ（＝お前の評判）がなくなると、何をやってもいい （＝また喧嘩がおっぱじまる）ってことになるんだ。 fam ＝仲間 http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=fam innit ＝付加疑問文、「な？」 http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=innit

ある文献にこういうものがありました。 There is no more reason to believe that man fight wars because fish or beavers are territorial than to think that man can fly beacause bats have wings. 訳も書かれており、「人間は戦争をするが、それは魚やビーバー が縄張り的習性を持っているからだ、と信じる理由がないのは、 こうもりに翼があるから人間も飛べると考えるのに理由が 無いのと同じだ。」 いわゆるクジラ構文だと思うのですが、この文章は、どういう構造 なんですか？クジラだと、A is no more B than C is Dのような感じ かと思うのですが、there構文が＋されるとどれがＡでどれがＢに あたるのか、良く分かりません・・・ 以下のような訳ではダメですか？ 「人間が戦争をすると信じる理由は無い。それは魚やビーバー が縄張り的習性を持っているからといって。 それと同様に、人間が飛べると考える理由も無い。コウモリが翼を もっているからといって。」 逐語訳っぽすぎるでしょうか？ また、because節を「～からといって」と訳しはしたものの、 「～だからだ。」のような言い方では何故不可なんですか？？ 疑問だらけです。。 分かる方いらっしゃいましたら、教えてください。

会話の中で、よく I'm just saying ～ というのが出てきますが、これはどういう意味なのでしょうか？ 多分文脈で変わるのかと思いますので、質問の仕方がよくないかもしれませんが、例えばこういう時によく使われるとか、そういうのがありましたら教えていただけないでしょうか？
