[至急]英語プレゼン添削

明日英語でのプレゼンテーションがあります。2つの車広告の比較分析です。添削お願いします。私は前半を担当するので終わり方が中途半端になっていますが大丈夫です。 Today, we would like to discuss two advertisements in this presentation, TOYOTA COROLLA and PORSCHE MACAN. The purpose of this presentation is to deconstruct these advertisements by analyzing each strategy. To accomplish this purpose, we discuss mainly two points. First, we’ll talk about what each advertisement is trying to achieve by analyzing important elements of each ad. And then, we explain about similarities and differences between the ads by comparing these positioning and target segment. Please look at this advertisement. When you look at this, what attract your attention first? Yes, maybe this car jumps into your eyes. This is because it uses the simple beige background and there are no destructions. And the cat on the car is the big feature of this advertisement. By placing the cat on the product, viewers receive the message that this product is comfortable and they can relax every time they drive it. Now, I’d like to move on this advertisement. In this picture, the car is running in the city. And it is focused only on this product car. This is designed for an effect to make the product like a leading role in a city. It expresses people can have confidence in themselves by owning this product. And in this advertisement,“blank” is used effectively to improve visibility and gracefulness. Furthermore, by putting the bland mark here, they succeeded in improving luxury bland image. このプレゼンで、私たちは2つの広告、ひとつはトヨタカローラ、もうひとつはポルシェマカンについて議論したいと思います。このプレゼンの目的はこれら2つの広告の戦略を分析することによって、それらの効果を考えるということです。 その目標を達成するために私たちは主に2つのポイントを話したいと思います。まず、それぞれの特徴的なメッセージエレメンツからそれらの意味を分析することによって、それぞれの広告が達成しようとしているものを熟考します。そしてこれら2つの広告をポジショニング、マーケットセグメントの面で比較することによって類似点と違う点を明らかにします。 まず、こちらのトヨタの広告を見てください。この広告を見た時には車本体がぱっと目を引きます。それはほかに障害物がなくバックグラウンドもシンプルなベージュだという理由があります。そしてこの広告のもうひとつの特徴は、車の上にいるネコです。このネコというのは怠惰で家にいる動物の象徴であり、車の上にこのネコがいることで快適でリラックスできるというようなイメージを消費者に持たせることができます。 そしてこちらのポルシェの広告を見てください。こちらの広告では車は町の中を走っているという設定になっています。そして車だけに焦点が合っていることによってこの車が街の主役であるかのように感じさせることができます。そしてこの2ページのなかに大きな空白があることもこの広告の大きな特徴です。広告における余白は見る人に商品に対する高級感を与えることができます。そしてそこにポルシェのブランドマークがあることで、ポルシェがいかに高級感のあるブランドかということを伝えています。

なおしたほうがいいなとおもったのは、this advertisementの部分。会社名をいれたほうがよいです。 後、途中ででてくるtalk aboutはdiscussにしたほうがよろしいかと。 あと、すこしきになったのは、目のなかにとびこんでくるという表現があまりにも直訳調なので、This car is appealinとでもしたほうがよいのはとおもいました あと後半は別のかたがやるので未完成状態でよいとかかれていますが、正直後半なにがいいたいのかさっぱりわからず、これでは、広告の比較という初期の目標が達成されていないのではないでしょうか。

 補足、承りました。#1です。語義に自信が持てないものを書き替えたりしていますが、必ずしも間違いと感じたわけではなく、必要に応じて元に戻すなどのご配慮をお願いいたします。 Please look at this advertisement. When you see this, what attracts your attention most? It would be the car itself, wouldn't it? This is because it's located in the simple beige background and nothing disturbs you to see the car. And a cat on the car makes a good accent. The cat , as one of popular pest, makes viewers feel a certain message. It says, this product is always comfortable for them, whenever and wherever they go on it. Now, I'd like to move on the other advertisement. In the picture, a car is running in a city. It focuses only on this car. This ad is designed effectively to make this product as if it's a leading part in the city. It expresses itself in a great confidence of users when owning these cars. And in this advertisement, a large“blank” makes a good impression to improve better visibility and gracefulness. Furthermore, putting their logo here, they have succeeded in giving a high-grade impression.

Today, we'd like to talk about two advertisements, TOYOTA COROLLA and PORSCHE MACAN, in this presentation. We intend to deconstruct these two through analyzing each strategy. For this reason, we'll mainly show you two points. First one is about what advertisement is trying to achieve . We have already analyzed the characteristic elements and their composition in each ad. And then, we'll explain about similarities and differences between those two, from the view of comparing them with the art of the positioning and target segment.  必ずしも元の文にまずい点があるということでもありませんし、なにより意図に沿えているかどうか、ちょっと自信がありません。これでもOKなら、残りもお手伝いできることがあるかもしれません。

First, they used logic part of logos to make the advertisement persuasive and whip up audience’s interest or emotion by showing subconscious and concrete data. In the DHC advertisement, two women say, “This is a No.1 sales product in the world!” and introduce some voices of successful users. Also, in the Clearasil advertisement, slogans such as “This is 100% natural!” and “10million people are using this!” are heard. Second, they used attractive male or female models. In the DHC advertisement, two women who have nice skin appeared, and in the Clearasil advertisement, attractive man was acting.  Although both advertisements used same marketing strategy, they used different way to advertise their products. In the DHC advertisement, they narrowed down the target group to just women who want beautiful and clear skin. Also, they do not use fantasy in a comic book or video game mode. Just two real women appeared in the advertisement.  Different from the DHC advertisement, Clearasil advertisement narrowed down the target group to men. Also, the man who appeared in the advertisement not only represent concrete data but also explain scientific reasons why the product is extremely effective for the skin. Most different thing is using fantasy. In the Clearasil advertisement, one real man and one unreal woman like anime character appeared and advertised their product.  To conclude, from old to current advertisements, they used same strategy- logos, but the way of advertising has been changed. Why uses fantasy like anime or game character in advertisement? That is because using anime character in advertisements can make more close to people, and the character has the deep impression in people's mind. Also, it is easily make people associate the character with the products in advertisements. On the whole, it is a trick of advertisements and it seems to be called Image spokesman.
