根本的に意味が違う気が・・・ うーん・・・ではwellでいいと思いますが確かに多用するのはよくないと思いますよ 日本でも口をあければうーん・・・とか言う人はちょっとよくないですよね・・・？

She speak fairly well .は「彼女はかなり上手に話す」という意味でしょうか？ または以下のように説明されている意味合いでしょうか？ "She speaks English fairly well." 彼女はまあまあよく英語が話せる。（平均の人よりはちょっと上というニュアンス） このフレーズを言える人って少ないのではないでしょうか？もし、あなたが英語が流暢ではないけれど、日本人全員に比べたらマシな程度だとすれば、この表現は自分自身に使えるでしょう。そういう細かいレベルを表現できる便利な言葉なのです。

英語初級レベルの者です。 「～しましょう」の意味でつかわれる 「 Why don't we ～」 と、「 Let's ～ 」 ですが、使う場面での違いやニュアンスの違いはあるのでしょうか？ イコールと思ってよいのですか？ 自分が見る参考書はどれもそのように書いています。 自分的には、、「 Why don't we ～ 」 に馴染みがありません。 よろしくお願いします。
